Player name: You choose a display name when creating or joining a game. This is stored temporarily in your browser's localStorage and is only visible to players in your game room.

Game activity: We log in-game answers, scores, and round results for the purpose of running the live game session. This data is ephemeral — it is discarded when the game room expires.

Technical data: Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page visits) may be collected for performance monitoring and abuse prevention. We do not sell or share this data.

We do not require an account, email address, or password to play. We do not run advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts, or social media pixels on our game pages.

mbogi.games uses browser localStorage to remember your player name and host status between sessions. No tracking cookies are set. You can clear this at any time via your browser's site data settings.

Game session data (room codes, scores, answers) is retained in memory for the duration of the session and is permanently deleted when the room expires (typically within 2 hours of the last activity).

We use standard cloud infrastructure to host the game servers. Your game data transits through our servers but is not shared with third parties for marketing or analytics purposes.

mbogi.games is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us to have it removed.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will note the revision date at the top of this page. Continued use of mbogi.games after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
